Do we ship all over the world?

Yes, we do!

What shipping option should i choose?

It is possible to use both shipping options. But we recommend using the Postnord option if you live in Sweden. If you live outside of Sweden, we recommend you to use DHL because you can then track the package. Track shipping from Postnord only works within Sweden.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday.

Sweden 1-2 business days

EU 2-5 business days

USA 4-6 Business days

Rest of the world 4 - 8 Business days

Can i make a refund?

There are no refunds as we work with limited drops. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds as the product may already be sold out when you want to make a refund.

But if your product is already damaged when you first receive it, we recommend you to hit us up at support@senscollective.se and we will help you to replace the damaged product.
